A: Emotions are welcome here. This is a space where you’re held, not judged. You’ll be supported through whatever arises with care and compassion.

Q: Will photos or videos be taken during the retreat?
A: We may capture content throughout the day to share the energy of the experience, however this is always done with full consent. Your comfort and safety are our top priority, and you will never be included in any photos or videos without your clear permission. If you’d prefer not to be seen at all, just let us know and we will fully respect that.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my place?
A: All bookings are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. We recommend being certain of your availability before securing your spot.
